It’s sharp from corner to corner, and I haven’t found even a hint of chromatic aberration. This all-purpose, micro four thirds lens is a workhorse. It’s captures a wide enough range of shots that I rarely find myself changing lenses!

The maximum aperture on this Olympus 12-40mm lens is a constant f2.8. It has a minimum focus distance of 7.87 inches. It’s drip proof, dust proof, splash proof, and freeze proof. The package includes a lens hood and pouch. It’s equipped with a manual focus clutch mechanism, which is great for shooting video. While I use this with my Olympus OMD EM-1 Mark II, it’s compatible with Panasonic cameras as well!
